Hi there, when I book a ticket I get an Email saying "Your booking has been received. We will check and confirm your booking as soon as possible."
As an admin I can log in to the backend, see the booking and manually "confirm" it. So it doesn't say "pending" but "confirmed".
I expected a second email to be sent to the user after the manual confirmation, because the first email states that the registration will be confirmed. However, no further email was sent, i.e. the user knows nothing about the confirmation.
Under ‘Settings’, the ‘Switch on booking confirmation’ checkbox is ticked. Am I missing something?
